After many months of silence, thought I’d finally share more of what I have been up to. On the last 1,5-2 years, after the launch of the ambitious “Staring Down on Incandescent Cities” and its 4 singles/videos and vinyl edition, I have been working daily on the new album, which is now taking final shape! 10 songs and only 42mins, the goal was always to be more direct, compact and to the point.

Sure, you can expect the big arrangements and layers, but the songs are more focused and, for the most part, definitely more (heavy) rock leaning. Other than all music and lyrics, I ended up singing most of them too (a process whose smooth results surprised myself to a considerable extent), while Manuel Costa provided his 6-string bass lines and also helped out with tasty backing vocals of his own. The names of (session) drummer & guest singer will be revealed at a later stage. The album was produced as always by yours truly and will again be mastered by Dan G.

This is SINC at its most catchy and straightforward, with balanced riffs, epic melodies and earworms all around, as in-your-face as we ever sounded. And with a conscious decision to focus on the 10 songs and tweak them into “perfection”, no fumbling about with further tracks. Looking forward to start sharing some bits with you… the album will come out later in 2025 and the titles, artwork, etc. will all be revealed gradually and in due time - do stay tuned for more.
